Service Description

Prepare your child for school with confidence with our Tuesday Afternoon Session at Clever Bee School Readiness. Led by an experienced kindergarten teacher with 25 years of expertise, our program focuses on early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, and fine motor skills. Give your child the best start to school with our comprehensive school readiness program.

Cancellation Policy

• Lessons are purchased on a per school term basis. Payment for lessons must be made prior to the commencement of lessons. Fees will not be carried over to a later term. • Full payment for the program is due two weeks before the first session begins. Alternatively, you have the option to make two equal payments – one at the start of the term and the other at the midpoint. If you prefer the payment plan option, please notify the owner two weeks prior to the commencement of the first session. • Fees are subject to revision with notice at the commencement of new school term. • Fees will only be refunded if Clever Bee School Readiness cancels a lesson and an alternative time cannot be arranged. • In the event of a student missing a lesson due to illness, a make-up lesson will be offered within two weeks of the cancelled lesson. The maximum amount of make-up lessons that can be accrued per term is two (2) and cannot be carried forward into the following term (including new calendar year) without prior agreement. • A Deposit of $100 is payable at the time of booking. The Deposit is non-refundable. Spots will not be held until this deposit is paid in full. • A refund of the fees you have paid will only be granted if we are unable to continue providing the services to you, or if we, at our sole discretion, deem it reasonable to issue a refund. • The School Readiness will continue for the Term. If a parent decides to withdraw their child throughout the term, they are still responsible for paying the full program fee. • If not notified, or less than 8 hours notice is given of a child not attending a session, the full fee for the session/s missed will be charged. If cancellation is made due to sickness, holiday, etc. and at least 8 hours notice has been given, every effort will be made to rebook a make-up session. This ‘make-up’ session must be within the 14 days before or after the usual scheduled session. If this is not possible, full fee for the session/s missed will be charged. Notice of a cancellation must be given via phone call or message to: 0410 485 412. Emails are NOT acceptable for cancellations. • Clever Bee School Readiness does not represent or warrant that using the Service will lead to any particular study outcome or academic result and disclaim any warranty that the Service can be relied upon. • The Student must be ready to begin sessions on time. NO extra time will be given at the end of a session if a student is late.
